What Is Borderoo?

Borderoo is a shipping concierge service that enables you to order from any USA website (tax-free) and have the items shipped to you anywhere in the world.

We are not a retailer. We purchase items from stores on your behalf and then ship them to your door in any country internationally.

Do I Get Charged U.S. Sales Tax?
Many of our competitors charge their international customers U.S. taxes which can cost you an extra 10%! We will never charge you U.S. taxes which will save you a lot of money on your purchase.
Why Would I Use Your Service?

Our customers use our service when:

  1. The American website that they’re shopping from doesn’t ship to their country
  2. The website that they’re shopping from requires a U.S. address
  3. The website that they’re shopping from requires a U.S. credit card
How Does Your Service Work?

You submit a free quote request to tell us what you would like to buy and then we’ll provide you a pricing quote and ship your items to you anywhere in the world.

What Countries Do You Ship To?
We ship to every country in the world via UPS, FedEx or DHL.
How Much Does This Cost?

Our pricing is simple and is always clearly displayed when you request a quote from us. We charge the retail cost of the item(s) plus shipping costs plus a service fee.

Retail Cost: you pay the standard rate that you would otherwise pay if you were buying the item directly from the retailer.

Shipping Costs: you pay the retail rate to have UPS, Fedex or DHL ship the item to you internationally.

Service Fee: we charge $50 for the first item plus $15 for each additional item. We also charge a payment processing fee to cover our payment processing cost.

Why Do You Charge A Service Fee?

Our service fee is what we charge to process your order and ship it directly to your door anywhere in the world.

It covers every step of our manual process to get the item from a U.S. retailer to you: sourcing the item online, purchasing the item, inspecting the items to make sure you will receive what you ordered, packing your item, plus handling all shipping and customs documents.

The product and shipping costs are not marked up – you pay the lowest possible rate.

What Payment Methods Are Available?
We currently accept all major credit cards (Amex, Visa, MasterCard, Discover), debit cards, bank transfers and other common payment methods via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to make a purchase and standard PayPal transaction fees apply.
When Will My Order Arrive?

The estimated delivery time will be displayed when you request a free quote.

Delivery time depends on how long it takes for the U.S. store to ship the goods to our shipping facility (usually takes less than four business days). International delivery time is usually 2-4 business days.

How Are Shipping Costs Calculated?
Shipping costs depend on what shipping option you select but they are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your packages.
Will I Be Charged Customs Duties or Import Taxes?

This depends on your country and what you are buying.

If your country charges import fees then you will be responsible for paying these fees upon delivery of the item.

To find out exactly how much you will pay in fees please contact your local customs authority or post office.

What Shipping Options Are Available?
We offer shipping options from UPS, Fedex and DHL with various prices and shipping speeds. Please select the best option for your timetable and budget.
Can You Declare a Lower Value For Customs Purposes?
No, we are legally required by the U.S. government to file accurate customs forms. We are unable to falsely label packages.
Is My Shipment Insured?
Shipments usually have some insurance from the shipping provider but if you require additional insurance then please contact us or let us know when you checkout.
How Do I Track My Order?

We will provide tracking updates and numbers throughout the entire process:

1. When your item ships from the retailer

2. When we ship the item from our facility to you

Do You Check My Purchases Before Shipping Them?
Yes, we inspect all items before shipping them to you to make sure that the correct items are in the shipments.
How Long Are Shipping Times?

Estimated shipping times vary depending on the shipping option that you select:

USPS First Class: 7-14 Days

Fedex Economy: 3-7 Days

Fedex Priority: 1-4 Days

UPS Saver: 1-4 Days

Making a Purchase
Is There Anything That You Won't Buy For Me?

Yes, we cannot purchase illegal or hazardous items. We also cannot ship certain items internationally if they are banned my international carriers or by your country. Please check your local customs website for more information on restricted items.

We also are unable to ship extremely fragile or heavy items. Contact us if you have any questions.

Can You Make eBay Purchases For Me?
Yes but we only purchase “Buy It Now” items and we cannot place bids on auctions for you.
Can I Give You A Coupon Code?
Of course! If you provide us with a coupon code then we’ll make sure to use it when we make your purchase.
Do I Get A Copy Of The Receipt From The Vendor?
We make purchases under our name so we don’t provide receipts but if you need a receipt for a purchase please let us know and we’ll make an invoice for you.
Can I Cancel My Order?

You can cancel your order if we haven’t already shipped it to you.

If you cancel before we place your order then you will receive a full refund.

If you cancel after we have purchased your goods but before we ship them then you will receive a full refund less a cancellation charge of 50% of the service fee plus any return fees that we have to pay to the retailer.

If we are unable to return your item(s) then we will not be able to cancel your order.

How Do Returns Work?
We charge a $25 fee to return orders. Contact us and we’ll help to faciliate the return.
